The Harvest

A farm that's actually farming.

The Space

Built for gatherings that feel rooted.

The pavilion is open on every side — timber posts, a metal roof, concrete pad. It sits steps from the pepper rows, the hoop house, and the orchard, with the ocean cliffs of the north shore in the middle distance.

You're not booking a function room. You're booking a piece of a working organic farm — the smells of basil and habanero in the morning, golden hour over the pasture, and string lights coming on as the sun drops into the Pacific.

Good to Know

Weather

The pavilion is covered and open-air, set in a working farm. Rain on the north shore is usually brief — for larger or all-day events we recommend a tent, and we'll help you plan around the season. We don't cancel for a passing shower.

Restrooms

There's one bathroom on-site. For gatherings in the 40–80 guest range, we may recommend adding a restroom rental so there's no line at the party.

Vendors & music

Bring your own caterer, florist, and photographer, or use our trusted local network. Amplified music is welcome through 10 PM. On-site parking is included for up to 30 guests; we'll sort out overflow parking with you for larger groups.

Setup & breakdown

Your rental window runs from the start of setup through breakdown — that's your full access time. You agree to leave the space as you found it.

The People Behind It

Built by hand, Bobby & Belu.

We're Bobby and Belu — the couple behind Luna Farms. We planted these rows, raised the pavilion, and built this place so people could gather on real, working land. When you host here, you're celebrating in a spot we pour ourselves into every day.

FAQ

Good questions.

Where exactly is the venue?+

We're on the north shore of Maui in Haiku, a working organic pepper farm with ocean cliff views. Detailed directions go out once your date is confirmed.

How many guests can the pavilion seat?+

The open-air pavilion comfortably hosts seated dinners up to ~40 guests, and standing receptions up to ~80. Larger gatherings can spread onto the surrounding lawn with tents.

What's included with the venue?+

Use of the pavilion, gravel courtyard, and surrounding grounds for your chunk of time. We can recommend trusted local caterers, florists, photographers, and rentals — or you can bring your own.

Can we host both the ceremony and the reception here?+

Yes. Many couples say vows out on the lawn with the ocean cliffs behind them, then move under the pavilion for dinner and dancing — all in one place, no shuttling guests between venues.

What happens if it rains?+

The pavilion is covered, so a passing north-shore shower won't stop your event. For larger or all-day gatherings we recommend adding a tent for extra covered space, and we'll help you plan around the season. We don't cancel for weather.

Can we host a farm-to-table dinner?+

Yes — that's where this place shines. We can connect you with a chef who specializes in cooking with what's growing on the farm that week.

What about catering, music, and rentals?+

You're welcome to bring your own vendors, or use our network. Amplified music is fine through 10 PM. On-site parking is included for up to 30 guests; we'll sort out overflow parking with you for larger groups.

How does pricing work?+

Flat rates: 2 hours is $200, 6 hours is $500, 8 hours is $750. Multi-day rentals (weekend weddings, retreats) are custom-quoted based on your date and needs. All rentals require a deposit to confirm the date.

When does the clock start?+

Your rental window runs from the beginning of setup through the breakdown of your event — that's the total time you'll have access to the space.

How does the deposit and damage policy work?+

A deposit is collected to hold your date. You agree to leave the space as you found it, and any damages to the venue or grounds are the renter's responsibility. We'll cover the specifics in writing once your date is confirmed.
